i need FTP fro this i am a window user how i create ftp so i will make my website UI batter

When using an FTP program you can set it up in SFTP mode using any username on your Linode and that user's password. For example, you could connect using FileZilla and use 'root' as the user, and the root password, over port 22.

Another option is to move files using WinSCP.
