Can’t set up reverse dns ...

I already set up A record for the domain name.mydomain.com, which I can query using dig command. But when I set up the reverse DNS, I got the message “We we’re unable to perform a lookup for ‘name.mydomain.com’ at this time. What is the issue?
Thanks!

@maggie_chou2019 It's tough to say without knowing the exact domain, but this is likely a propagation issue. I recommend waiting at least 24 hours after setting up the A record (though it should only take a few hours at most).

If you're not comfortable sharing your domain here then feel free to open a ticket and we can take a look. Make sure to include the domain and when you set up the A record, if you're not using our DNS Manager.

Also, make sure you've followed our DNS Checklist if you do plan to use our DNS Manager.
