Dashboard "This Month's Network Transfer Pool"

My dashboard shows "This Month's Network Transfer Pool" Used: 206 GB

I have two Linodes.

Under those individual Linodes I show:

Linode 1
Monthly Network Transfer
Used: 1 GB

Linode 2
Monthly Network Transfer
Used: 1 GB

How does 1 GB + 1 GB add up to 206 GB?

Update: We are aware of an issue with Cloud Manager showing 1GB usage inaccurately. You are able to view the correct usage from the classic manager. We are working on resolving this issue.

You can review the detailed explanation of how transfer works and what to expect in this guide.

In order to help clarify what you observed, we'll need more information. Are you using the Classic Manager or the new Cloud Manager?

In the new Cloud Manager, you can see the full, account wide transfer break down on the right hand menu of your main Dashboard. It will show something like the following:

This Month's Network Transfer Pool
You have used <X% of your available network transfer during the current billing cycle.
Free: X GB
Used: X GB
Total: X GB

On the classic Manager, it shows something like this down at the bottom of the main Dashboard:

This Month's Network Transfer Pool
X% Used
X% Remaining
XGB Used, XGB Remaining, XGB Quota

We weren't able to observe a section in any of our dashboards with that formatting in order to determine if the information is incorrectly calculated and offer clarifying information.

Feel free to open a ticket if you would like us to review your specific account information and offer clarity on your Monthly Network Transfer.
