How do I remove additional IP addresses from my Linode?

I have additonal IP addresses that I'd like to remove from my server. How is this done?

You can remove the additonal IP addresses from your server's "Remote Access" tab within our Classic Manager interface. There's a "IP Remove" link that you'll click on, which will take you to a page that allows you to select the IP addresses you'd like to remove.

This isn't available from our Cloud Manager interface at this time but a fix for this is being developed. You can use our APIv4 as another option to removing the additional addresses.

This is now an option in our Cloud Manager interface. The additional IP address can be removed from the "Networking" tab for a Linode. Locate the IP address that you'd like to remove and click the three dots to the far right of the IP address.

Once these three dots are clicked, you'll see the "Delete IP" option, which will remove the IP address and the billing package for the additional IP address.
