How do I get my refund information?
I canceled my account and added a remark to refund my balance to my credit card. Then I don't have any information about my refund, I think I canceled my account so I can't receive the email from your company, I don't even know if it was succeeded. So where can I follow my refund information?

Today morning, I know it will take almost a week, I just want to know if it succeeded or not.

Hello,
If you would like to confirm the status of your refund, I recommend sending an email to support@linode.com
to inquire. In that email, please include the last 6 digits of the credit card that was on file for the account as this will allow Support to identify and authenticate you to the account.
