i am trying to setup a server which cost $240/month. but system throw out a message saying "additional verification needed for this, please create support ticket" why does it do that? i want to try the server for 7 days on a trial basis. any help please?

For new accounts, we require additional verification to utilize our higher-tiered services.
All you need to do on your end is open up a Support ticket and let us know what service you're looking to add and what your use case is going to be. Our Support team is happy to work with you to get this figured out.
