Update legacy account?

I registered an account ages ago and setup google auth when Linode didn't require a CC to complete setup.

I am moving my TOTP codes to a new phone and attempted to update my TOTP for Linode, but I can no longer access the account page for my account unless I add CC info.

How can I get past that to update by TOTP authenticator code for Linode without having to update my CC info?
