A few questions

I was a recent customer who left do to memory issues. I see that you have upgraded the memory on the plans. Would you mind hooking me up with a 160 account and not charge the setup fee?

Also, I tried to use the order form and it's giving an error.

The following ERRORS occured

  • no plan was found that could match your request. Please narrow your selection, and try again.

Although it shows 2 available on your main linode page.

If you pay annually, caker will waive the setup fees as well as giving you 50% more disk space.

The availability problem should be fixed. Also, make sure to mention you were a previous customer in the How Hear About Us field, and I'll credit your account for the setup fee.
