Is there a $20 gift for the new user registration system?

I have filled in the recommendation code but did not give $20.
I heard from friend that the new user recharged will be given $20. I want to ask if I am wrong.

The system only gives $10, and another $35 is my own recharge.

On the Internet, the rumored Linode customer service will receive a reply within 10-30 minutes after receiving the consultation. . After waiting for a long time, there is no news.

Your question is a bit hard to follow, but I think you are asking about referral credits. You will not receive your $20 credit until the user you referred has active services on their account for 90 days.

It looks like you're asking when will you receive a credit after you have referred someone else. I'd be happy to clarify on this a bit more.

The reply @JeremyJ provided is correct! As a Linode customer, you can refer friends and family to Linode and in return you will receive service credits to your account in the amount of $20. Before you can receive this $20 service credit, the person you have referred must maintain an active Linode for 90 days on their account.

If you need more info on Referral credits, check our Billing guide for more information.

Sorry, my English is not good, I use GOOGLE translation.
I am a new user. I filled out the recommendation code that my friend gave me. I thought I could get $20 after recharging.

As long as my Linode account is used for 90 days, can I get $20?

I used linode for the first time, so I am not very clear about this. My friend told me that if I use his recommendation code, I will get a new user reward of $20 after recharging.

@lovelife the $20 credit is for the referrer, which in this case is your friend. You won't get a $20 referral credit unless someone else signs up with your referral code and uses Linode for 90 days. We see that you have a Support ticket open on this and will take this on from there. Thanks!

The problem has been solved, thanks again to the support of the Linode team.
