I'm sure you can. You can do whatever you want. If you don't care about saving any data, just delete the disk images and make new ones.

If you are looking at wiping absolutely everything away and starting over I would highly recommend taking a look at our guide on rebuilding your Linode. It's a fairly straightforward process that should get you on a freshly installed image.
