I'm running CloudLinux on my Linode, and it's experiencing connectivity issues -- what's going on?

Networking Helper isn't solving the problem, and I keep seeing the following message whenever I reboot:

Network Helper did not run: could not reliably determine distribution or distribution version

CloudLinux is not one of our supported distributions, so Network Helper won't be able to automatically configure your Linode's networking configuration files upon boot. That being the case, you'll need to manually configure your Linode's IP address. No worries, however -- CloudLinux is built off of CentOS, so following the steps outlined in this guide will help you get your IP address correctly configured.

After you've configured the IP address, issue a reboot to your Linode to apply the changes and ensure that they persist beyond a reboot.
