How much time we have to pay after my account balance goes negative! before my account suspended or cancel!

The exact time frame of suspensions or cancellations may vary, though we do send out a warning via a support ticket if an account will be suspended or deleted. If you're unable to make a payment on time, reach out to our support team and let us know. We understand that things happen and we always try to be accommodating.
