Are the private IPs reachable from linodes of other customers, or only mine?

Info on your website suggests they can be reached from all other linodes inside that data center, but does not explicitly say that.

Yes, unless you've applied firewall rules to prevent it, other Linodes within the same data center can reach the private IP of your Linode.

You should treat it like the public internet, as far as security goes.
