The new Linode VPS in Tokyo 2 can not access by IPv4, but only IPv6.

If it is not deliberately, How can be so careless?

I just spun up a Linode in Tokyo2 and am not seeing any issues with connecting over IPv4. We also aren't seeing any general issues with IPv4 in that data center.
