I can not log in LISH

I am trying to login to the server via lish console. However, I can not log in. I already tried changing my profile password. Unsuccessfully.

did you use 'root' as the username?

Thanks, Bennet. I tried my username and my email. It makes kind of sense to use root and I feel silly now.
