SSH connection refused

Hi,

I can't use Putty SSH to connect both of my VPS (CentOS 7), it says "PuTTY Fatal error: Network error: Connection refused". They are working properly,

When you say "They are working properly" what do you mean? Are you using the most recent version of Putty?
