Debian 8 LTS

Hi all! I'm running Debian 8. I don't have any valid reason to switch to Stretch, except for getting the security updates. According to this https://wiki.debian.org/LTS Jessie will be supported till June 30, 2020. My /etc/apt/sources.list look like this:

deb http://mirrors.linode.com/debian/ jessie main
deb http://security.debian.org/ jessie/updates main
deb http://mirrors.linode.com/debian/ jessie-updates main

My question is: will these linode.com/debian mirrors get the LTS security updates till 2020 or do I have to switch to this other source.list? https://wiki.debian.org/LTS/Using

Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out. The Linode mirrors, pull from upstream and will support a distribution until it is EOL. The security updates are set to pull directly from the http://security.debian.org/ repository.

I hope this answers your questions.
