Verifying domain ownership for microsoft 365 email invalid character "@"

Hello, I am attempting to add the following text record to verify domain ownership:

Name: @

When I attempt to add the record, I get following error:

Hi,

@ is just used to denote the current origin e.g. the root of your domain.

You can leave the name field blank and just place the required TXT string in the value field.
