Autobilling stuff
I shut down my linode a month or so ago, but was last week rebilled for another year. (I think I should have "terminated" my account, but didn't realise that's what I needed to do. I have since done that). I'm now hosting from home. Is there someone I can talk to about arranging a refund?
I tried emailing the "service@lin.." account, but had no word there.
