I was wordening how you set a shell users accout to 100mb and 3 back around proccess

Some distros just have /etc/limits rather than /etc/limits.conf, so maybe: man 5 limits

It sounds like you are setting up a shell provider. Be very sure you are up on all your security checks as your machine will very likely get abused.
