Patches included in the linode linux kernel

Can someone point me to where some of the other patches used in the kernels are?

I found the io limiting stuff and the SA_NODEFER patches, but i haven't found these:

crash-fix-no-console-output.patch

uml-fix-updateprocesstimes-call.patch

sys-uselib-fix.patch

uml-terminal-cleanup

Most of those are patches caker wrote or pulled from LKML.
