URGENT: Linode Activation

Hi,

My current server has been down for about 9 hours and counting.

I placed an order for a Linode a 4.5 hours ago hoping to get the replacement up and running today.

I received payment confirmation (#16317) email at 2:19pm and it is 6:57pm now.

Is there anything I can do to help expedite the process?
