Kernel 2.4.26-linode32?

I happened to notice the availability of this new kernel, but couldn't find caker's usual announcement. Is it unstable or in development or something, or is it safe to use? Does it really fix the same problem as the one just before it?

2.4.26-linode32-2um became the default kernel on 9th August, so it's what people are using if they have 'Latest 2.4 Series' selected in their boot configuration - caker thinks it's stable :).

For caker: what is the story with the CONFIGSYSRQ to CONFIGMAGIC_SYSRQ fix :?:
