Longview Gentoo Ebuild

So, I got a notice a couple days ago that my Longview agent was out of date. Now, I have no idea how I managed to get Longview on my Gentoo VPS in the first place because I did it years ago.

I sneezed and accidentally made an ebuild for Longview.

It's only available in my overlay for the moment, but if it works for some of you (it works for me), I'll get it moved into the main repo.
