Clarification on account termination policies

While I realize the TOS provides for Linode to terminate anyone at any time for any reason without warning, can I ask what the user was doing to get terminated? I'm sure you were just making a quick status post (which we all appreciate) but upon reading your message I started to wonder what would happen if I was randomly selected by a script kiddie on IRC for a DOS attack, or if someone decided they don't like the web sites I'm hosting? TIA.
