Linode backups

Anyone else's backups failing? Been experiencing this for over a week now. All were blown away in the beginning and couldn't be recovered. Been on and off now past few days. Did receive a credit for it, so thats good.

It's likely an isolated issue to your host. I would imagine that you already have a ticket open about this since you got a reimbursement for some of the downtime, I would reply to the ticket and ask for any updates on it. Getting in contact with the backup administrators through the ticket would be able to get you the best answer about this.

I haven't had a successful backup in 63 days. My ticket remains open but no resolution in sight.

I do appreciate that I was given a credit but it is frustrating that this cannot be resolved and that I am at risk of any serious VM or host issue.
