[billing] Credit card payments from Romania

Hi,

I can't complete my account registration since my bank won't process payments without 3D secure ( see https://forum.linode.com/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=11586 for someone else who had this problem ).

Has anyone successfully paid with a Romanian credit card? I probably need to open an account with another bank so knowing beforehand where to go is better than trial and error :-)
