I have tried "fsck" many times but nothing changed. Even i tried to remove the option "errors=remount-ro" from fstab but nothing changed.
Now i can not boot, PLEASE HELP.
Thanks in advance,

I would try a more recent kernel. Either the latest one, or maybe one which is close to what Ubuntu shipped in 12:04. This may be changed in "Configuration Profile" in Linode dashboard.
