why my linode server very very slow?

Hi,

all of my websites from linode are all slow in china, not sure how is the performance overseas.

I used chrome developer tools to view the network states, here are the screenshot:

always pending…. this make all my websites can't visited. why?

is it some of my server setting wrong or?

plz advise.
